Vigilant Studios is an independent film production house that was originally founded in August of 2015 by Zakk Fairley, Ricky Punjabi, and Jarick White. Individually, each of them contributed a special skill set in the creation of the films. Together, they formed a team that is driven by creativity, a passion for film making, and creating meaningful stories. 

Vigilant Studios takes pride in the diversity of their films, rather than focusing on one specific genre. With screenplays ranging from comedies, dramas, and horrors, Vigilant Studios strives to utilize their experiences and abilities in order to produce many stories with completely different backgrounds.

After completing their first film, Beyond Normal, in May of 2016, Zakk and Ricky continued the company's production endeavors and started production on their next film, Black Book, in November of 2016. The film is an original short horror film that centers on a newly engaged couple who have just moved to a new town. While experiencing difficulties in the relationship from the move, a meaningful gift to one of the partners ends up causing more issues for the couple by putting them on pathway down a road of terror and mystery.

The Vigilant Studios team has been hard at work in bringing their stories to life with the ultimate goal of creating full feature films. The duo has been writing their first full feature while working on their series of short films and plans to start production on their first full feature film in mid 2017.
